Shipping and Delivery

Out of standard: Allows the forwarding and delivery of shipments that exceed weight and size from the standard limits. 

Complimentary Delivery offer valid on orders shipped Italy and applies to Standard Delivery orders only. Gift certificates, taxes, additional shipping and handling do not count toward the qualifying amount. Not valid for cash.

To participate, simply add merchandise to your shopping basket and Complimentary Standard Delivery will automatically be applied. You must select the "Standard Delivery" option to receive the complimentary shipping offer.

Please note that delivery fees are applied per single delivery address. Orders with multiple shipping addresses will be charged per address.

Our Logistics partner ship purchases within 2 to 5 business days (Italy and Europe) of receiving your order pending order verification and credit card clearance.

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered business days.

Email Address: We use your email address to send you confirmation that your order was places or to enquire if your transaction did not complete.

By entering your personal phone number, we are able to verify your billing address and contact you in the event there is an issue with your order.

You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Delivery schedules are subject to product availability and payment clearance. Actual delivery times may also vary depending on shipping locations.

Please allow time for credit card clearance, address verification and order processing when estimating package delivery time.

Shipping Tracking

Once your order is completed, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking information. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the Courier Provider Web site, where you can follow the progress of shipments.
